Martin Jensen and I have set a date for the first meeting of #TheProletariat!
Details:
Thurs., March 12, 6-7pm, in the Meeting Room (third floor) at the Osterhaut Free Library.
We'll discuss two chapters from W.E.B. Du Bois's Black Reconstruction: "The Black Worker" and "The White Worker." Look out for discussion questions, which will be posted a week before the meeting. Please email me at japnanak.makkar@wilkes.edu for a .pdf file of the readings.
